Argentine sports: Gimnasia La Plata and CRAI secure victories

In Argentine regional sports, Club de Gimnasia y Esgrima La Plata secured a 4-1 victory against Racing in the sixth round of the Proyección Clausura 2026 Reserve football tournament. Goals for Gimnasia were scored by Joel González, Leonel Troncoso, Lautaro Napolitano, and Gerónimo Kugler.

In field hockey, CRAI took the lead in the Copa Sanatorio Garay tournament following a 3-2 victory over Banco. After trailing 1-0 early in the match, CRAI equalized via a penalty and eventually secured the win through goals from Victoria Etcheverry and Paula Qüesta. CRAI's Reserve team also won their match 3-0.
