Argentinian charities donate mattresses and eyeglasses to vulnerable residents

The Lions Club of Nueve de Julio will deliver 50 new sanitary mattresses to the Hogar Santo Domingo de Guzmán, a home for older adults. The mattresses are designed for intensive use and for people with reduced mobility, aiming to improve comfort and sleep quality for the residents.

Separately, the municipal government continued its free prescription‑eyeglasses program, handing out 121 glasses to 91 beneficiaries at a local club. The initiative is part of an effort that has provided over 4,500 lenses since its inception, seeking to enhance the quality of life for the city’s residents.
