Argis appoints Roy Shapira as Head of Investor Relations

Argis has appointed Roy Shapira as its new Head of Investor Relations. The move is intended to strengthen the company’s executive structure and support a new phase of growth by expanding its strategic network and leadership capabilities.

Shapira brings a multidisciplinary background spanning law, investment, venture capital, and real estate. He holds a Master of Laws from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a Wharton Certificate in Business and Law. His professional experience includes securing capital from private investors, family offices, and institutional partners, as well as managing strategic agreements in international markets.

His previous work involved participating in significant real estate transactions and capital market activities in locations such as New York, where he assisted in securing financing and establishing joint ventures. In his new role, Shapira will focus on managing relationships and strengthening the connection between Argis and various investment actors to drive long-term value.
