ARGIS to invest 42 million euros in luxury Madrid housing

The real estate management firm ARGIS has finalized an off-market transaction to develop luxury single-family homes in La Solana de Valdebebas, near La Moraleja. The total estimated investment, covering land acquisition and full development, is approximately 42.1 million euros.

Managed through the ARGIS Living Fund II, the project involves the acquisition of a 12,137-square-meter residential plot. The development, executed by the ARGIS Living platform, is expected to feature roughly 20 large-format single-family homes with an average built area of around 500 square meters. Designed by Martín de Lucio Arquitectos, the residences will include private gardens and pools.

The project is currently in the pre-licensing phase. Construction is slated to begin once building permits are obtained, with an estimated completion date in the final quarter of 2029.
