Argolis hosts 3rd literary short story competition

The Union of Writers and Literati of Argolis (ESLA) has announced the 3rd Argolis Literary Competition for original short stories for the 2026-2027 academic year. The initiative aims to promote self-expression among teenagers and adults while supporting literature studies in secondary education.

The competition is divided into three categories. Adults may submit a single unpublished short story on any topic. Students in middle and high school are required to write on the general theme of ‘Darkness and Light’.

Submissions must be unpublished, not exceed 2,000 words, and be typed in Times New Roman, size 12, with 1.5 spacing. The deadline for electronic submissions is January 15, 2027. Students must submit their entries via their school's official channels, including a cover page with necessary personal and institutional contact details.
