Argosy Minerals achieves 99% lithium purity in Argentina Rincon pilot

Argosy Minerals reported that its pilot plant in Argentina successfully produced lithium chloride with 99% purity after two phases of test work. The tests, conducted on pre‑concentrated brine from the Rincon project in Salta Province, also achieved a maximum lithium recovery of 94.4%.

The results confirm the technical feasibility of the process and indicate strong potential for industrial scaling. They support the company's two‑stage development plan for the 12,000‑tonne‑per‑annum Rincon lithium project, moving the engineering and feasibility work toward completing the definitive feasibility study.
