Ari Emanuel confirms he no longer represents Meghan Markle

Ari Emanuel, executive chairman of WME Group, has confirmed that he no longer personally represents Meghan, Duchess of Sussex. In an interview with The Sunday Times, Emanuel addressed the end of their professional relationship, stating, “Here’s the great thing: I don’t have to think about that anymore,” when asked about the future direction of her career.

While Emanuel has stepped away from her personal representation, WME has maintained that the agency continues to represent both Meghan and her company, Archewell, which she operates with Prince Harry. The split follows reports that the two had not met since January 2024. Industry insiders have suggested the professional relationship soured due to disagreements regarding project planning and expectations.

Meghan originally signed with WME in April 2023 to help develop her production projects and commercial brand partnerships. Emanuel, a prominent Hollywood power broker, was a key figure in securing the deal.
