Ari Emanuel states TKO Group Holdings will never be for sale

Ari Emanuel, a key architect of TKO Group Holdings, has stated that the company, which owns WWE and UFC, will never be sold. In an interview with Matt Belloni on ‘The Town’, Emanuel dismissed speculation regarding potential buyers such as Amazon or Paramount, asserting that the company is not for sale.

Emanuel argued that the value of TKO’s assets is positioned to grow significantly. He noted that the company owns four major leagues and that sports represent the ‘greatest reality show of all time,’ particularly as people seek more live entertainment and social experiences. He emphasized that the strategic vision established in 2016 regarding the intersection of sports and streaming platforms remains a core driver of their value.

Additionally, Emanuel addressed the past controversy involving Vince McMahon. In his memoir, ‘Roll the Calls’, Emanuel recalled McMahon’s resignation following allegations of hush-money payments and improper relationships, noting that McMahon stepped down for the good of the company despite maintaining his innocence.
