Ariadna Ayala expands hours and product range at Atlixco Popular Store and Municipal Pharmacy

Municipal president Ariadna Ayala marked the fourth anniversary of Atlixco’s Tienda de Abasto Popular and Farmacia Municipal a Bajo Costo by extending service hours and adding new low‑cost items. The store will now operate Monday‑Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., offering products such as tuna and pickled chilies, while the pharmacy will provide free medical consultations from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and dispense medicines until 6 p.m.

Access to the store and pharmacy requires an affiliation card; residents can obtain it by presenting an ID, CURP, proof of address and proof of being a native of Atlixco. Ayala said the expanded schedule and product line aim to improve accessibility, strengthen household economies and continue providing essential goods at reduced prices.
