Díaz initially addressed the comments with humor in a video while exercising with Carrillo. However, she transitioned to a more serious discussion regarding beauty standards and the right of individuals to comment on others' bodies, comparing such remarks to leaving a review on a person as if they were an object.

The actress also highlighted the impact of social media on body perception, noting that the constant exposure to extremely thin figures can distort what is considered a normal body.
