Ariana Grande mourns the death of her longtime pet dog Coco

Singer and actress Ariana Grande has shared an emotional tribute on social media following the death of her beloved dog, Coco, who passed away at the age of 17. Grande posted a series of photographs and videos on Instagram to honor her companion, describing her as the “sweetest, most amazing and most beautiful.”

Coco, a Dachshund and German Shepherd mix, had been part of Grande’s life since 2010, when the singer was still starring in the Nickelodeon series “Victorious.” The pet was a fixture in the early stages of Grande’s career, appearing in her first YouTube vlogs and several music videos, including “Put Your Hearts Up” and “Positions.”

The loss highlights Grande’s long-standing commitment to animal advocacy. She has rescued numerous dogs over the years and co-founded the Los Angeles-based non-profit organization Orange Twins Rescue in 2020 to help homeless animals find families.
