Ariana Grande announces hiatus after concluding Eternal Sunshine Tour

Ariana Grande has announced an indefinite hiatus from public life following the conclusion of her ‘Eternal Sunshine Tour’. The singer performed her final concert of the 41-show tour at London’s O2 Arena, an event marked by visible emotion.

According to her management, the decision to step back follows intense and relentless public scrutiny regarding her physical appearance and personal life. This digital scrutiny has persisted for several years, particularly during the production of the film adaptation of ‘Wicked’.

Despite the upcoming break, the tour was a significant commercial success. Data from Billboard indicates the tour generated approximately $107.9 million in revenue from 638,000 tickets sold. While the total revenue was lower than her previous ‘Sweetener World Tour’ due to the smaller number of shows, the tour achieved record-breaking averages, earning roughly $2.6 million per performance and seeing a 74% increase in per-show revenue compared to her previous best.
