Ariana Grande faces health concerns amid Eternal Sunshine world tour
Pop star Ariana Grande began her first global tour in seven years, the Eternal Sunshine Tour, with a sold‑out opening show in Oakland on 6 June 2026. Footage from the concerts quickly sparked worry among fans and close acquaintances about her physical condition and mental wellbeing. Anonymous family members cited in a Daily Mail interview said Grande appears extremely thin, is suffering from heightened anxiety, and may be over‑exerting herself after a demanding schedule that includes starring in the films Wicked (2024) and Wicked: For Good, as well as managing many aspects of the tour production. They also referenced her ongoing post‑traumatic stress disorder stemming from the 2017 Manchester Arena bombing and recent stressful incidents, such as a red‑carpet security breach in Singapore. Grande has previously defended herself against body‑image criticism, describing the current tour as a “one last hurrah” before taking an indefinite break.
