Ariana Grande sets July 31 release for new album “Petal”

Pop star Ariana Grande announced that her upcoming album “Petal” will be released on July 31 on all major streaming platforms. The record, her eighth studio album, is co‑written and produced with longtime collaborator Ilya and is described by Grande as a “fuck it” project meant to break negative attachments and unleash a wild, uninhibited vibe.

In the same announcement Grande revealed the “Eternal Sunshine Tour,” a limited‑run North American and European series beginning June 6 in Oakland and concluding on August 23, 2026 in London. The tour is presented as a small‑scale, possibly final, live engagement for the next few years. Pre‑orders for the album are already available, with signed copies and merchandise selling out quickly.

Grande emphasized that “Petal” represents a personal and artistic turning point, noting that she feels ready to give everything in this new phase while acknowledging that future touring may be rare.
