Ariana Grande Sets July Release for New Album 'Petal' Ahead of Eternal Sunshine Tour

Pop star Ariana Grande announced that her eighth studio album, titled Petal, will be released on July 31. She described the record as “feral” and a break from past negative attachments, marking a shift from the introspective tone of her 2024 album Eternal Sunshine.

Grande is also preparing for the Eternal Sunshine Tour, which kicks off on June 6 in Oakland, California, and will travel across North America—including stops in Los Angeles, Atlanta, Chicago, Montreal and New York—before concluding with ten shows at London’s O2 Arena in September. During a recent rehearsal, she celebrated the 10‑year anniversary of her 2016 Dangerous Woman album by performing its title track for the first time since the Sweetener World Tour.

The new album and tour follow the commercial success of Eternal Sunshine, which topped the Billboard 200 and produced two Hot 100 number‑one singles.
