ARIH brand expands into Japan and Canada

The global food and beverage brand ARIH, a joint venture between Paldo and hy, is expanding its international presence by entering the Japanese and Canadian markets. Following a successful launch at Walmart in the United States, the brand is now targeting major distribution networks in Asia and North America.

In Japan, ARIH products will be available through Seven-Eleven, leveraging its network of approximately 22,000 stores to increase brand awareness. In Canada, the company has partnered with the Loblaw Group, the country’s largest retailer, to access a wide range of retail channels from large supermarkets to local stores.

To support these launches, the companies are hosting pop-up events. A pop-up store will operate in Shibuya, Tokyo, from the 19th to the 23rd, featuring product tastings and interactive content. In Toronto, a pop-up event will run from the 21st to the 23rd, coinciding with a BTS world tour event and participation in the Toronto Korean Festival. The brand currently offers modern noodles, postbiotic energy drinks, and dual probiotic sodas.
