ARiMR agricultural subsidy inspections require farmer action

The Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture (ARiMR) is currently conducting verifications of direct and area payment applications for the 2026 campaign. Inspections are being carried out through on-site farm visits and remote sensing technologies, including satellite imagery and orthophotomaps.

Discrepancies identified through the satellite monitoring system—where the detected crop does not match the declared application—require immediate action from farmers. To address potential irregularities, farmers may need to submit two to five geotagged photographs of their fields, crops, or specific plant features via the Mobilna ARiMR application. The deadline for submitting these changes to area applications is September 15, 2026.

Failure to resolve identified irregularities may result in reduced payments, denial of support, or requirements to return funds. While some inspections require the farmer's presence to provide documentation, remote monitoring methods do not require prior notification.
