ARiMR announces new agricultural funding and subsidy deadlines
The Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture (ARiMR) is launching new support initiatives for the Polish agricultural sector. Starting September 1, a large call for applications will open for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises involved in processing agricultural products. A total of 624.63 million PLN is available, with individual companies able to receive between 100,000 PLN and up to 10 million PLN.
These funds can be used for machinery, technological lines, building modernization, and renewable energy installations such as photovoltaics or biogas plants. Support is provided as a reimbursement of qualifying costs, covering up to 50% for basic processing and up to 60% for organic production or organized farmer cooperation. A separate call for farmers processing products on their own farms is expected in October and November.
Additionally, farmers participating in the Biological Cultivation eco-scheme must submit documentation to ARiMR by September 15. To receive payments of up to 370 PLN per hectare, farmers must provide proof of purchase for microbiological plant protection products or microbial fertilizer products, along with an agrotechnical treatment register.
