ARiMR reports 252,000 agricultural subsidy applications

The Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture (ARiMR) has reported high demand for agricultural subsidies, with over 252,000 applications submitted since the beginning of October. The applications, which serve as reimbursements for fuel and fertilizer costs incurred due to the crisis in the Middle East, must be submitted by Friday, October 23, 2026.

Data indicates that 142,000 farms are seeking fuel cost refunds, while over 110,000 have applied for fertilizer subsidies. ARiMR confirmed that invoices issued to a spouse can be included in the application, provided the correct options are selected and the couple manages the farm jointly.
