Arin Patterson creates Google Form to find a husband

Arin Patterson, a 36-year-old resident of Charlotte, North Carolina, has gained significant social media attention after creating a detailed Google Form to find a husband. Seeking an alternative to traditional dating apps, which she described as a potential waste of time, Patterson pinned the application to her Instagram bio in late August.

The questionnaire includes both basic information and in-depth questions regarding career goals, daily routines, personal habits, and views on marriage and family life. Minimum requirements specified in the form include being a single Christian between the ages of 28 and 47 who desires to be a husband and father. Preferred qualities include having a bachelor’s degree or higher and a height of at least 5’10”.

Since its launch, the initiative has attracted over 240 formal submissions and between 1,000 and 1,500 direct messages. Patterson intends to organize the applicants into a spreadsheet to evaluate potential matches for future dates.
