Aris coach Michalis Grigoriou praises team performance

Aris coach Michalis Grigoriou expressed satisfaction following his team's third consecutive victory, which moves the club toward fourth place in the standings. Grigoriou noted that the team maintained dominance throughout the match and managed the game effectively despite officiating concerns.

The coach criticized specific refereeing decisions, suggesting that the VAR should have intervened during a sequence that could have resulted in a 4-0 halftime score instead of 3-1. He also addressed player availability, stating that Loren Moron and Manu Garcia are unlikely to return for the upcoming match against Panathinaikos as they are still in the recovery process. Additionally, Grigoriou confirmed that Noah Fantigá was sidelined due to disciplinary issues, emphasizing his strict stance on team discipline.

Looking ahead, Aris faces a demanding schedule with two matches in one week, including a fixture against Panathinaikos. The coach also acknowledged the quality of their opponent, Atromitos, noting that despite their current standing, they possess capable players.
