Aris Thessaloniki nears return of Manu García from MLS

Aris Thessaloniki is nearing the return of Spanish midfielder Manu García from Sporting Kansas City. The Greek club has reportedly submitted a transfer offer of €2.5 million to the MLS side to secure the 28-year-old.

Aris has reached a full agreement with García on a three-year contract. The move was signaled by Aris president Theodoros Karypidis via social media, where he shared an image of himself in conversation with the player.

Sporting Kansas City coach Raffaello Wicki addressed García's recent absence from the lineup against the Colorado Rapids, stating that while the player was available, the club chose not to use him due to ongoing discussions regarding his future.
