Aris FC seeks third consecutive Super League victory against Atromitos

Aris FC is aiming for a third consecutive victory in the Stoiximan Super League as they prepare to face Atromitos at the Kleanthis Vikelidis Stadium. Following recent wins against Volos and Kifisia, the team led by Michalis Grigoriou is looking to achieve a 3/3 start in the regular season, a feat the club has not accomplished in a regular season for approximately two years.

Despite the positive momentum, the club faces challenges regarding performance stability and squad depth. While Omar Richards has returned to training, various absences continue to limit selection options.

Adding to the pre-match tension, the appointment of officials for the match has drawn scrutiny. Stavros Tsimenderidis has been named the referee, with Stefanos Koubarakis assigned to VAR. Aris has previously expressed strong dissatisfaction with both officials following controversial matches in the past, including a disputed disallowed goal by Manu Garcia in a match against Panetolikos.
