Aris targets defensive rebuild as free agent Daniel Mançini may return

Greek club Aris is entering the second half of June with a clear aim to make the transfer window more active than the first, concentrating on strengthening its defence. The club is pursuing two foreign central defenders, a left‑back and is monitoring options for a right‑back, while also considering extending the contract of 34‑year‑old stopper whose deal expires on 30 June.

Separately, Aris is evaluating the possible return of Argentine defender Daniel Mançini, who became a free agent after APOEL invoked a termination clause in his contract. Mançini, whose contract was set to run until summer 2028, can now negotiate a new deal, and both the player and Aris have expressed interest in re‑uniting.
