Greek club Aris Thessaloniki is reportedly in active negotiations to sign Venezuelan central defender Cristian Makoun from Levski Sofia. According to reports from Gazzetta, Aris is looking to strengthen its defensive line following recent struggles. Makoun, who is 26 and under contract with Levski until 2027, has reportedly expressed openness to the transfer.

Levski Sofia is simultaneously working to secure a replacement. The Bulgarian club is in advanced talks with Lokomotiv Plovdiv to acquire defender Lucas Ryan.
