Aris Thessaloniki signs French forward Adam Mokoka

French shooting guard/small forward Adam Mokoka, 28, has signed a two‑year contract with Greek basketball club Aris Thessaloniki. The deal, finalized in late May, makes Mokoka the latest addition to the roster overseen by coach Vasilis Spanoulis, bringing the total of new signings this season to eleven.

Mokoka, who was named EuroCup MVP last season while playing for the French side JL Bourg, will fill the wing positions (2 and 3) for Aris. In the EuroCup he averaged 12.3 points, 5 rebounds and 2.5 assists in 27.5 minutes per game. His career includes stints with Gravelines, Mega Basket, the Chicago Bulls and their affiliates, San Antonio Spurs/Austin Spurs, Nanterre, Oklahoma City Blue, and Italy’s Umana Venezia before returning to France and then moving to Romania and Hungary.

The signing is expected to strengthen Aris' backcourt as the club prepares for the upcoming domestic league and European competitions.
