Arish University to receive 1.7 billion Egyptian pounds for development

Egypt's Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has announced an investment of 1.7 billion Egyptian pounds to implement developmental projects and enhance the infrastructure of Arish University. This initiative is part of a broader national effort to support development in the Sinai and Suez Canal regions.

Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Abdelaziz Qansoua, stated that total investments in national and developmental projects within these regions have reached approximately 25.6 billion Egyptian pounds. These projects include expanding colleges, introducing new academic programs, and modernizing laboratories and training workshops to better align education with local labor market needs.

Dr. Ayman El-Shabini, President of Arish University, confirmed that the university is executing an integrated plan to upgrade its infrastructure and improve educational, research, and community services.
