Arista Networks sees sizable insider share sell‑offs and new institutional buying

Arista Networks Inc. disclosed multiple insider transactions in June. Co‑founder Andreas Bechtolsheim sold 220,000 shares at an average price of $157.93, reducing his holding by about 66 %. Earlier in the month he had sold additional blocks of 205,000 to 240,000 shares at prices between $151.74 and $163.06. CEO Jayshree Ullal sold 428,000 shares on April 22 at $177.44 per share, cutting her stake by roughly 7.6 %. Meanwhile, SouthState Bank Corp increased its position by 8,354 shares, bringing its total holding to 17,945 shares valued at about $2.35 million. Institutional investors also adjusted holdings: Norges Bank took a new position worth $1.56 billion, Arrowstreet Capital added shares worth $1.40 billion, and several banks and asset managers increased stakes in the fourth quarter. The transactions were filed under Rule 10b5‑1 trading plans and were reported to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
