Arizona Cardinals reveal quarterback plan for preseason game against Cowboys

Arizona Cardinals head coach Mike LaFleur has outlined the team's quarterback rotation for the upcoming preseason game against the Dallas Cowboys. Jacoby Brissett, the established starter, will not play in the matchup.

Gardner Minshew is scheduled to start the first half or the beginning of the third quarter. Rookie third-round pick Carson Beck is expected to miss the game due to a rib injury sustained during training camp, though he is scheduled to throw after practice to assess his status. Kedon Slovis is slated to see significant playing time as the clean-up passer.

Beck previously showed strong performance in the Hall of Fame Game against the Carolina Panthers before missing the game against the Las Vegas Raiders due to his injury. Minshew saw action in the Raiders game, completing 14 of 16 passes for 101 yards and two touchdowns.
