Arizona man charged with murder of pregnant wife

Joseph Clark, 49, has been charged with two counts of second-degree murder following the death of his 39-year-old wife, Noelle Clark, in Vail, Arizona. According to charging documents, Clark allegedly beat and stabbed his pregnant wife in their children’s bedroom before dragging her body to the garage and running her over with a vehicle.

Police discovered Noelle Clark’s body wrapped in a blanket in the garage, while their two children, ages 2 and 5, were found unharmed inside the home. Investigators noted tire marks on the victim's arms and bloody tire prints on the garage floor. Clark reportedly called authorities to report the killing.

In custody, Clark alleged that his wife had been torturing him for years, though police stated there were no obvious signs of such injuries. Clark’s bond has been set at $1 million.
