Arizona State football prepares for Kenny Dillingham's fourth season

Arizona State head coach Kenny Dillingham is entering his fourth season as the leader of the Sun Devils football program. The team is preparing for its 2026 season opener at Mountain America Stadium against Morgan State, which will serve as a precursor to a September 12 road game against top-10 ranked Texas A&M.

The upcoming roster features significant turnover, with approximately 40 players appearing in a Sun Devils uniform for the first time. Notable newcomers include wide receiver Omarion Miller, a transfer from Colorado, and potential defensive contributors such as Colorado State transfer Owen Long and Kansas transfer Lyrik Rawls. Cutter Boley has been named the starting quarterback.

Dillingham emphasized the importance of player performance during high-pressure moments and challenged the student body to break previous attendance records. The program has seen increased engagement recently, having sold over 90% of available season tickets.
