Arizona State University plans upscale hotel in Tempe

A new seven-story upscale hotel is planned for the Novus Innovation Corridor on Arizona State University’s Tempe campus. The 116,855-square-foot property, located at Novus Place and Packard Drive, will feature 168 guest rooms and will be part of Marriott Bonvoy’s Tribute Portfolio.

Amenities for the hotel will include a rooftop pool and bar, as well as 2,700 square feet of meeting space. The development is intended to serve students, families, corporate partners, and sports fans visiting the university area. Banbury Development is serving as the master developer, while Okland Construction will manage the planning, design, and construction of the project.
