Arizona Wildcats to tour Lithuania for NCAA basketball exhibition games

The Arizona Wildcats NCAA basketball team is scheduled to visit Lithuania for a series of historic exhibition games. On August 19, the Wildcats will face the Lithuanian reserve national team, coached by Mindaugas Lukošius, in Jonava. On August 22, they are set to compete against the Lithuanian men's national team, led by Rimas Kurtinaitis, in Alytus.

This marks the first time a top-tier NCAA university team has toured Lithuania. The reserve national team will begin training camps in Druskininkai before moving to Kaunas. In addition to the Arizona matchups, the Lithuanian reserve team is scheduled to play against the Michigan Wolverines in Utena on August 24. Tickets for these high-profile matchups are reportedly selling rapidly.
