Actor Arjun Rampal has expressed his admiration for veteran Malayalam superstar Mohanlal following their collaboration on the upcoming film ‘Operation Ganga’. Rampal described the experience of sharing screen space with Mohanlal as “inspirational” and an “honour”.

Directed by Vishnu Mohan and backed by Gokulam Gopalan under Sree Gokulam Movies, the film’s title refers to the Indian government's evacuation operation to rescue citizens stranded in Ukraine during the Russia-Ukraine conflict. The project has reportedly been filmed in the Georgia region, specifically in Tbilisi. The cast also includes Bhagyashri Borse and Adil Hussain.
