Ark Invest adds $13.9 million to Circle stake, trims Robinhood holdings

Ark Invest increased its exposure to Circle Internet Group by purchasing 220,012 shares across three of its actively managed ETFs, a transaction valued at roughly $13.9 million based on Circle’s closing price of $63.22. The firm also acquired 19,029 Block shares worth about $1.5 million and sold its Robinhood Markets position, disposing of 27,742 shares for an estimated $3.15 million.

Circle’s stock has fallen about 22 % year‑to‑date and is down roughly 76 % from its IPO peak, prompting analysts such as Mizuho and 10x Research to downgrade the company and cite reduced activity on its USDC stablecoin. Ark’s purchases are viewed as a dip‑buy strategy, reinforcing confidence in Circle despite the recent price weakness.
