Arka Ecological Foundation hosts nature workshops for youth

The Arka Ecological Foundation organized the first edition of the Arka Nature Academy, a series of summer workshops for children and youth in Bielsko-Biała. The project, funded by the Provincial Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in Katowice, consisted of twelve meetings held in the foundation's garden.

Approximately 200 children participated in the program, including youth from local care facilities and sociotherapeutic centers such as the Hajstra and Ignis associations. Activities included building homes for pollinators and playing a giant board game designed to teach participants how to recognize various native Polish tree species, including their leaves, needles, and cones.
