Arkadia Park shopping center opens new outlet in Łowicz

A new retail outlet has opened at the Arkadia Park shopping center in Łowicz. The opening follows a period of regulatory complications for the investor, Arkadia Bud.

Previously, the facility faced delays after the District Building Supervision Inspectorate denied usage permits due to documentation discrepancies and deviations from the original project, resulting in a fine of over 20,000 PLN. Following an appeal and subsequent corrections to the documentation, the investor secured the necessary permissions to begin operations.
