Arkadiusz Milik linked to potential transfer to UAE
Arkadiusz Milik may be approaching a departure from Juventus, with interest emerging from clubs in the United Arab Emirates Pro League. An intermediary has reportedly initiated contact with both the club and the player's representatives to explore a potential transfer before the UAE transfer window closes on September 28.
Milik has been excluded from Juventus's Serie A squad and is currently considered surplus to technical requirements. To facilitate a move, Juventus may be willing to allow a transfer for free or for a minimal compensation fee, potentially not exceeding one million euros. The club aims to reduce the financial impact of his 1.8 million euro net annual salary, as his contract is set to expire on June 30.
While previous discussions regarding an early contract termination have not yet resulted in a concrete solution, the Emirati market presents a viable opportunity. A move to the UAE could allow the 32-year-old striker to maintain his current salary under a new two-year contract.
