Arkadiusz Nowiński joins Polestar Board of Directors

Arkadiusz Nowiński has been appointed to the Board of Directors of Polestar, the Swedish premium electric vehicle manufacturer. Nowiński succeeds Francesca Gamboni, who is stepping down from the board.

Nowiński will maintain his current leadership roles within Volvo Cars, where he serves as the head of the region covering Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific, as well as President of Volvo Car Poland. His appointment is intended to leverage his extensive sales experience and market knowledge as Polestar enters a phase of expanding its product lineup and global sales network.

Winfried Vahland, Chairman of the Board at Polestar, stated that Nowiński brings rich experience and business competencies to the board at a time when the company is focused on developing new models and growing its presence in existing and new markets.
