Arkansas football coach Ryan Silverfield prepares for 2026 season

Arkansas football coach Ryan Silverfield is preparing for the 2026 season by engaging with fans and highlighting his new coaching staff. During his debut weekly radio show in Fayetteville, Silverfield expressed a desire to reintegrate alumni and former coaches into the program to build a sense of continuity.

Speaking at a Little Rock Touchdown Club event, Silverfield emphasized that his confidence in the team's ability to contend in the SEC stems from the experienced coordinators he has assembled. The staff includes offensive coordinator Tim Cramsey, who previously led a top-ranked offense at Memphis, and Ron Roberts. Silverfield noted that the program has undergone significant rebuilding, including signing over 40 players through the transfer portal.
