ARM and AMD semiconductor stocks rally on analyst upgrades and insider sales
ARM Holdings ADR surged about 9 % on Thursday, trading as high as $339.44 and closing near $328 after several analysts lifted their price targets – Royal Bank of Canada to $260, Barclays to $360, Sanford C. Bernstein to $500 and Wells Fargo to $410. Advanced Micro Devices also saw notable activity.
