This initial investment covers Carlton Wellness Centres located in Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Chandigarh, as well as franchise partnerships for NATUF Café, Adhira & Appa Café, and Chhota Bheem Family Café in Hyderabad.

This transaction represents the first phase of a larger strategic commitment. Arma Capital plans to invest more than ₹100 crore over the next five years across EBG Group’s portfolio, which includes Carlton Wellness Center, Tarzan Nature Retreat, Adhira and Appa Coffee, Natuf Cafe, and Chhota Bheem Café. The capital is intended to drive brand expansion into major Indian cities, including Chandigarh, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and the Delhi NCR region.
