Armando Resendiz defeats Koen Mazoudier via unanimous decision

Armando Resendiz secured a unanimous decision victory over Koen Mazoudier in a ten-round super middleweight bout held at The Chelsea inside The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas. The judges scored the contest 98-92, 97-93, and 97-93 in favor of Resendiz.

Resendiz, who entered the fight as a late replacement with only ten days' notice, used the win to rebuild his standing following a loss to Jaime Munguia in May. The match featured early body work from Resendiz, while Mazoudier remained competitive through the middle rounds with counterpunching and body shots. Resendiz's power-punch advantage was notable in the early rounds, though Mazoudier increased his output during the sixth through ninth rounds.
