Armando Rubio returns to Mexico with daughter after brain bleed

During the medical crisis, Rubio faced initial difficulties entering the United States to be with his daughter. After being denied emergency entry, he eventually secured a temporary humanitarian visa to reunite with Hannah and Niedermeier in Arizona.
