Following the game, Armani Milano coach Pepe Poeta expressed disappointment with the performance but noted that the team is in a very early stage of preparation. He emphasized that PAOK is in a more advanced stage of readiness compared to his squad. Poeta revealed that the team has not yet completed a single full training session with the entire roster available, as they only began training together as a full group on September 10. He stated, “Objectively, we did not play a good game,” and noted that the team needs to accelerate their processes to build cohesion before the Supercoppa.
