Armed attacks in Chihuahua kill one and injure five

An armed assault on a home in the Ramón Reyes neighborhood of Chihuahua city resulted in the death of a man identified as Iván. Attackers entered the residence on foot, opened fire repeatedly, and fled the scene. Police and forensic teams secured the area and began an investigation, with no arrests reported.

A separate shooting occurred in the El Campanario colonia of Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, where a man and an accomplice used a shotgun to fire on occupants, wounding five people, including three children. The victims were taken to hospitals and survived. Authorities have identified a 38‑year‑old suspect, Abraham B., who escaped with his companion.
