Ibër‑Lepenci Demolishes 11 Illegal Villas at Lake Ujmani

The public water company Ibër‑Lepenci has begun demolition of 11 illegal vacation homes built on its cadastral parcel on the shore of Lake Ujmani in the Zubin Potok municipality, Kosovo. The operation started at 07:30 AM, with police assistance confirmed by deputy police director Veton Elshani.

Ibër‑Lepenci had previously warned the owners, giving them a 15‑day deadline to vacate and remove all unauthorised structures. The parcel (cadastral number P‑72908033‑02631‑2, 32 998 m²) is legally owned by the company. If the owners fail to comply after the deadline, the company will pursue legal action, and any related costs will be borne by the owners.
