The United States, Armenia, and Azerbaijan have issued a joint statement to mark the first anniversary of the White House Peace Summit. The declaration highlights the progress made in normalizing relations and maintaining stability along the Armenia-Azerbaijan border following the signing of a Joint Declaration for peace.

A key component of the ongoing peace process is the Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity (TRIPP), a multimodal transit project. The project is moving from vision to reality, with the U.S. and Armenia agreeing to form the TRIPP Development Company to manage infrastructure. Azerbaijan has nearly completed its portion of the project, including a highway and railroad designed to connect to the TRIPP in Armenia.

In recognition of the efforts to secure regional peace, President Ilham Aliyev and Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan have jointly nominated Donald Trump for the Nobel Peace Prize. Additionally, the United States has provided $201 million to the Trans-Caspian Enterprise Fund to support private sector investment in the Trans-Caspian Trade Route (Middle Corridor) within the South Caucasus and Central Asia.
