Armenian actor Samvel Tadevosyan receives Golden Globes Beacon Award

Armenian actor Samvel Tadevosyan has been honored with the Golden Globes Beacon Award at the inaugural Silk Road Tribute Gala held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The award recognizes rising talent in film and television from Central Asia and the Caucasus, aiming to bring regional performers to a broader international audience.

Tadevosyan, known for his role in the 2016 war drama ‘Life and Fight’, appeared at the ceremony in a custom black suit by Armenian designer Narek Jhangiryan. He shared the Beacon Award with Kazakh actress Shugyla Yeshen. The gala is a regional initiative organized by Vivid Strategies in partnership with the Golden Globes, distinct from the annual awards ceremony held in the United States.
