Armonía Fluvial to produce original choral music LP in Valdivia

The artistic group Armonía Fluvial, a regional collective from the Los Ríos Region, has announced plans to produce and distribute a new LP featuring original choral music composed in Valdivia. Funded by the 2026 Conarte Communal Fund of the Corporación Cultural Municipal de Valdivia, the project involves a 25-member choir and various guest musicians.

The album will feature approximately 45 minutes of works for mixed choir and accompanying instruments, composed by emerging local artists. The initiative aims to professionally record a repertoire that has previously only been available through live performances, ensuring its permanence for future audiences. The collection includes twelve works, such as ‘Mangata’ and ‘Canto a los parques de Valdivia’, reflecting the cultural identity and landscape of the Valdivia region.
